You will walk away with the Social Media and Digital Marketing Blueprint. This will show you the gaps in your current business and also where you are doing well.

2. The Online Assets you need, so that your business can function optimally online.

We are going to take you on a journey and show you all the online assets you will need to help your business to function properly.  As we take you on this journey, we will give you great information, so that you can leave the workshop being able to make some significant changes to anything you have in place at the moment.

3. Positioning and Brand building – why you need to be an authority.

We will work through positioning and take you through a few examples of how to position yourself online so that you can be seen as an authority in your field. AND…we will take you through how to write a Blog so that people take notice. (plus you will receive the handout with the 7 steps on how to write a Blog article)

4. Why Social Media can make a massive impact on your business and where you should be focusing.

We will take you through the most popular Social Media Channels and give you some fab hints and tips to try out when you leave the session.

5. Processes to keep the communication with your customer on track.

We will give you a handout of a list of things to do daily on Social Media to keep the engagement with your customer. We will show you what a customer engagement funnel looks like and how you can automate this to keep the customer engaged.

PLUS there is lots of time for questions.
