We will take you through the most popular Social Media Channels and give you some fab hints and tips to try out when you leave the session.

5. Processes to keep the communication with your customer on track.

We will give you a handout of a list of things to do daily on Social Media to keep the engagement with your customer. We will show you what a customer engagement funnel looks like and how you can automate this to keep the customer engaged.
